Youth Congress Protests Against Pegasus Spyware In Delhi, Bihar
The youth wing of the Congress party headed by Srinivas B.V. held protests in Delhi and Bihar today against the use of the pegasus spyware by the Indian government, according to a report in the New York Times which the Indian Modi government has dismissed. Visuals show activists burning effigies and chanting slogans. Srinivas B.V., the president of the Youth Congress, was detained along with others by police in Delhi. Rahul Gandhi, former president of the Congress, repeated the allegation of "treason" against the Modi government this week when the report was published.
