The campaigning for the first phase of the high-decibel Bihar Assembly Elections ends on Monday (today) evening. Out of the total 243 seats in Bihar, the first phase of voting for 71 assembly seats in 16 districts is to be held on October 28. In this phase, the credibility of RJD is at stake, because in last elections on these 71 seats, RJD won 25 seats, JDU won 21 and BJP got 14 seats. The Congress had won 8; while LJP, HAM, CPM and Independents won 1 seat each
