Bihar elections: In Mahnar in Vaishali district of Bihar, Veena Devi, wife of Rama Singh, a politician with tainted background, is fighting assembly poll. RJD leader Raghuvansh Prasad who died recently was against giving membership to Rama Singh in the party and wrote a letter just before his death resigning from the party. The criminal cases against Singh don't bother the people and they believe her wife, barely recognised by the locals, will work for the people of Mahnar. Anjali Ojha reports
