Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says that India is the only country in the world where COVID-19 cases are spiking while the government is lifting the lockdown which shows that the purpose of lockdown has failed and asked the Centre's strategy to further handle the coronavirus crisis. Gandhi also reiterated his Febraurary warning and said, if the necessary steps are still not taken, small industrial businesses are not protected, then the country is going to suffer a huge economic loss
