Delhi High Court To Hear Matter On Police-Lawyer Clash
The Delhi High Court to hear the plea filed by the Ministry of Home Affairs seeking clarification on the order passed by the court (November 3) which had ordered for “no coercive action" against the advocates in connection to the FIRs registered against them with regard to the Tis Hazari incident. HC had issued a notice to Bar Council of India and Delhi.
