Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Friday ordered a five-day mandatory institutional-quarantine for every COVID-19 patient under home-isolation in Delhi. The Aam Aadmi Party Government termed this move arbitrary that will do serious harm to Delhi's health-care system. AAP MLA Raghav Chadha said, "People from my constituency have told me that they won't get themselves tested for fear of being whisked away to quarantine centres."
