Many builders in Hyderabad are booking air and AC train tickets in the desperate hope of luring migrant workers back to their sites. Migrants who have returned to their homes in Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal due to the Lockdown are being called back by their employers via planes which cost Rs 4000-5000 per head and AC train tickets around Rs 1800-2000
