The Delhi government is constantly blaming Punjab for the air pollution in Delhi saying that the stubble burning in neighbouring states is causing Delhi air to deteriorate. Punjab Congress has condemned this saying the Delhi govt shouldn't blame stubble burning and Punjab farmers for the air quality. Dr. Amar Singh said, "As per Union Environment Minister, 95% reasons for air pollution in Delhi are internal and the Delhi govt should focus on that"
