Tikait warned the assembled public that mischevious and dangerous elements may try to mingle with the protestors since it is now a "sensitive zone". The only way to save oneself from the land grab program of the government is to join the farmers' movement. He further reiterated that the farmers will not return home until the laws excluding MSP are repealed, and there are other issues like electricity subsidies that the farmers will fight on. 

The way to counter the government is to launch a membership drive for the farmers' movement and join people to it, as the government is trying to enter the villages throug a 'back door' by awarding rural people with sports awards.
