Fifth Judge Recuses Himself From Gautam Navlakha Case
Supreme Court Justice S. Ravindra Bhat recuses himself from the case hearing of human rights activist Gautam Navlakha in the Bhima Koregaon violence. Earlier, CJI Ranjan Gogoi, Justice NV Ramanna, Justice R Subhash Reddy and Justice BR Gavai have also distanced themselves from hearing the case.
