After a continuous rise in the prices of petrol and diesel for 17 days, only the diesel price increased on the 18th day, due to which diesel has become costlier than petrol. After the increase of 48 paise on the 18th day, the price of one liter of diesel in Delhi has gone up to Rs 79.88, while petrol is being sold at Rs 79.76 per liter. In the last 18 days, diesel has become expensive by Rs 10.48 and petrol by Rs 8.50 per liter
