Along with distributing meals to migrant workers, the Delhi Govt also promised to distribute ration through e-coupons but the locals of Delhi's Deoli village say that only a handful of people are able to get ration through e-coupons despite having Aadhaar cards which are a must to procure an e-coupon. Many in the area say if they are provided adequate ration instead of cooked meals, they won't venture out that often. Anjali Ojha reports
