A group of 20 foreign diplomats arrived in Srinagar on Wednesday for a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir to study “the situation on the ground”. Senior Congress leader Saifuddin Soz says there will be no outcome of the visit since the diplomats are hand-picked by the Indian government.
