The Congress party on Wednesday said that Indians are suffering due to the Centre's unplanned lockdowns and cited the Govt's Task Force report where it was claimed that there will be zero cases in India by May 16. Party spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi flayed the Centre for not owning up to their mistakes and misleading the citizens during a crisis. Ajay Jha reports
