On the one hand, the centrally-pushed pandemic unlocking process is going on in the country, and on the other, various state governments are announcing complete and partial lockdowns in the coming days. Even after the fourth phase of lockdown is over, 10 states, namely:  Punjab, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Goa, UP, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka have announced major restrictions.
