A night shelter close to Delhi's Yamuna river bank lays bare the callousness with which migrants are being treated. Picked off from the street by police, men and women have been put into the same dormitory. There are no fans, no toilets and life is prison-like. The migrants were told they would be sent home, yet some of them have already been there for over 10 days. Anjali Ojha reports
