Oil marketing companies have increased the price of petrol and diesel by 60 paise per liter for the fifth consecutive day. After the introduction of new prices, one liter petrol in Delhi has become Rs 74 while one liter diesel is being sold at 72.22. There was no change in the petrol-diesel prices for 6 weeks but now the oil companies have started changing prices on daily basis. The reason being the turmoil in the international crude oil market.
