Congress General Secretary, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, has denied she has made any formal request to the government to hang on to her Lodhi Estate bungalow in Delhi, calling it out as 'fake news'. The matter did not stop there. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri tweeted that 'a powerful Congress leader with much clout' called him on July 4 to request the bugalow be alloted to 'another INC MP so that Priyanka Vadra can stay on'. Thanking Puri for his 'consideration', Priyanka reiterated she had not made any request from her side and that she would be vacating the premises on August 1.
