Rahul Says Government Must Decentralise Power To Fight COVID-19
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says the Government needs to decentralise powers to the states in order to effectively fight the COVID-19 crisis. He also said that people in the country need not be unduly scared of the coronavirus and that it's only fatal in 2% of cases. Ajay Jha reports
