Reservation Not A Fundamental Right, Says SC
The Supreme Court on Thursday gave an important decision on the petition filed for OBC reservation in Tamil Nadu medical colleges. The apex court has made it clear that reservation is not a fundamental right. Therefore, not getting the benefit of quota cannot be considered a violation of any constitutional right.
