'Sign Of Hope': Syeda Hameed Hails Appearance Of Bilkis Dadi On Time's List
Quoting famous poet Allama Iqbal, Social activist Syeda Hameed hailed the appearance of Bilkis Bano, ‘Dadi of Shaheen Bagh’, in Time Magazine’s list of most influential people as a ‘sign of hope’ for 'Bilkis Baji' was ‘a fallen star’ whom ‘they dread that this fallen star to moon may wax with fuller light’. She further termed linking of anti-CAA protests to northeast Delhi riots, an attempt to justify their ‘an anti-muslim theory’. Anjali Ojha reports
