Supreme Court Says Farmers Have Right To Protest But Can’t Go On Without Talks

The Supreme Court on Thursday acknowledged the right of farmers to hold peaceful protests but said the national Capital Delhi cannot be blocked as the purpose of protest can be achieved only if there are talks. The SC also asked the Centre to put the implementation of the new farm laws on hold till the case is being heard. Siddharth Pandey reports
