Expressing sheer disappointment by the government's approach towards the Hathras case, Congress leader Manish Tiwari calling BJP govt a dictatorship said, "What happened in Hathras is inhumane. The government fails to understand that by mistreating and harassing the victim's family, stopping journalists and political delegations, it is digging it's own grave.' Ajay Jha reports
