Armenia and Azerbaijan have accused each other of breaching a ceasefire in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh after they agreed to implement the ceasefire from 12 o'clock on Saturday night. Where Armenia accused Azerbaijan of firing artillery shells and rockets just four minutes after the reconciliation, Azerbaijan stated that Armenia had opened fire two minutes later
