UP Gangster Vikas Dubey Shot Dead While Escaping Custody, Claims Police
In a bizarre turn of events, UP gangster Vikas Dubey, the main accused in the killing of eight policemen, was shot dead on Friday morning while allegedly trying to escape police custody.
