The bodies of two Indians died in an alleged drone strike in Abu Dhabi on January 17 are expected to arrive in India today. The legalities are now complete, and the bodies will be transported to Amritsar on Friday, January 21.The victims' identities have not been revealed by the authorities.

On Thursday evening, Indian Ambassador to the UAE Sunjay Sudhir tweeted that the embassy in Abu Dhabi had "finished all paperwork for repatriation of lifeless remains of two Indians deceased in January 17 event." "Remains arrive in Amritsar tomorrow morning," he stated. I appreciate the UAE government's and @AdnocGroup's unwavering support. For local support, we've formed a partnership with the Punjab government."

The tragedy claimed the lives of three people, two of who were Indians and one of who was a Pakistani national. Six other persons had been hurt, two of who were Indians.
