At least four militants have been killed in three separate gunfights in Pulwama, Ganderbal and Handwara police districts of Kashmir valley, police claimed today.
They further added that two militants have been killed in Chewakalan area of Pulwama during an overnight gunfight. A fifth militant was arrested during an encounter, police said.

The Pakistani militant killed in the Pulwama encounter was identified as JeM commander Kamaal Bhai alias Jatt.
“Jatt was active since 2018 in Pulwama-Shopian area and was involved in several cases,” the IGP said.
