Congress MP Rahul Gandhi will lead a march to the Governor House in the national capital on Friday, as part of the party's nationwide agitation to express solidarity with the ongoing farmers' protest against the three new farm laws.
The party is observing 'Kisan Adhikar Divas' today and all party units in the country have been asked to gherao all Raj Bhavans in all states and union territories.
In Delhi, Rahul Gandhi will participate in a demonstration organised with senior party leaders. According to reports, Congress workers have been asked to gather in Chandgi Ram Akhara. A march will be taken from there to LG House, which will be headed by Rahul and senior party leaders.
Earlier on December 24, along with Rahul, three other leaders met the President and submitted a memorandum. The party had asked the President to intervene in the matter withdraw the contentious laws.
