The Central government in a press release on Monday said that more than 57.05 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses have been provided to States and Union Territories.
The release added that more than 3.44 crore unutilised vaccine doses are still left with the states and UTs while 13.34 lakh doses are currently in pipeline.
The vaccination drive has been ramped up through the availability of more vaccines, advance visibility of vaccine availability to States and UTs for enabling better planning by them, and streamlining the vaccine supply chain.
