Sasikala Freed From Bengaluru Prison After Serving 4 Years In Corruption Case

VK Sasikala was on Wednesday freed from the Parappana Agrahara prison in Bengaluru after serving four years in a disproportionate assets case. Sasikala, former AIADMK leader and a close aide of ex-Tamil Nadu chief minister late J Jayalalithaa, remain admitted at Victoria Hospital in Bengaluru where she is undegoing treatment for COVID-19. The prison formalities were completed at the hospital this morning.
