The G-20 meeting in 2023 will be conducted in Delhi’s new Pragati Maidan complex, as informed by Union Minister Piyush Goyal. He said "Spread over 72,000 square kilometers, 8 exhibition halls will be constructed. The new ICC Centre is currently under construction. Underground parking has a capacity of more than 8,000 vehicles,"
PM Modi inaugurated the new exhibition complex of Pragati Maidan today on Wednesday. He had written on Twitter: “On the auspicious occasion of Maha Ashtami, tomorrow, 13th October at 11 AM, the PM GatiShakti - National Master Plan for multi-modal connectivity will be launched.”
Piyush Goyal has said that this will be India’s first time hosting a G-20 summit.
