The residents of Balgudar village in the Lakhisarai district of Bihar are boycotting the ongoing Assembly elections. It is being reported that a museum is being constructed on a playground here, due to which the villagers are angry.
"Villagers are not voting as they're protesting against the construction of a museum on a playground," said an Election officer Muhammad Iqramul Haq at booth number 115 of Balgudar village.
