Civil Aviation Minister Scindia Inaugurates Indore-Gondia-Hyderabad Flight Today

From Sunday, city passengers will be able to board a direct aircraft to Gondia, Maharashtra. On Sunday, Flybig is launching its flight to Gondia, ahead of the official announcement of the summer domestic flight schedule.

Devi Ahilyabai Holkar airport director Ramesh Kumar said on Saturday that an inaugural ceremony will be held at Hotel Radisson on Sunday morning.

Jyotiraditya Scindia, the Union Civil Aviation Minister, would virtually inaugurate the aircraft from there. Several officers and ministers from the state government will also be in attendance.

Under the Regional Connectivity Scheme, according to TK Jose, head of the MP Chapter of the Travel Agents' Federation of India (TAFI), Flybig airline would begin a daily direct trip to Gondia.

Flight 59401 Gondia-Indore will take off from Gondia at 8.35 p.m. and land at 10 a.m. S-9402 will leave the city at 10.20 a.m. and arrive in Gondia at 11.45 a.m. The plane will fly from Hyderabad to Indore via Gondia before returning to Hyderabad via Gondia.
