The Supreme Court on Monday asked Delhi police to decide on farmers' entry into the capital for the tractor rally on Republic Day.
The top court said the entry of farmers on Republic day to be decided by Delhi police as its 'a law and order issue'
'It is up to the (Delhi) police to decide who should enter and who should not', said the apex court.
The top court will hold the next hearing on 20th January.
