India vs England 3rd Test: Joe Root Scores Another Century As England Lead By 345 Runs

As Day 2 ended, England has a massive lead of 345 runs against against India in the third test at Leeds. Joe Root was once again at the centre of the England’s batting performance.

Joe Root (121) scored his third century of the series while England’s first three batsmen scored fifties. Rory Burns (61), Haseeb Hameed (68) and Dawid Malan (70) along with Joe Root helped England finish 423-8 at the end of day 2.

For India, Mohammed Shami took 3 wickets while Mohammed Siraj and Ravindra Jadeja took 2 wickets each.

India will be looking to get the remaining two England wickets quickly in the Day 3 of the 3rd test.
