Schools In Kargil To Open From September 1 For Classes 6 To 8

Due to the improved COVID-19 situation in the district, the Kargil administration allowed physical classes in schools for students of classes 6 to 8 from September 1.

Kargil DM Santosh Sukhadeve in an order said, “Keeping in view the various representations received by this office regarding the subject cited above and in via of the improved COVID-19 situation in the district, it is hereby ordered that all the Educational Institutions including private schools shall be allowed to open for classes 6 ti 8 w.e.f. 01.09.2021.”

The Kargil DM added, “The guidelines/SOPs issued vide No: 28 DMK of 2021 dated 01/08/2021 shall continue to remain in force.”
