No Provocative Statements Made In Delhi Meeting: Delhi Police In Supreme Court

People did not use derogatory language towards the Muslim community at the "Dharma Sansad" or religious gathering in Delhi on December 19, according to an affidavit presented to the Supreme Court by the Delhi Police.

According to the police, "Following a thorough examination of the video and other materials, it was discovered that no hate speech was directed towards any community. As a result of analysing and evaluating the supposed video clip, it was determined that the purported speech did not contain any hate speech directed at any specific community."

According to the Delhi Police, all complaints about the event have been closed as a result of the inquiry.

The Delhi Police questioned the petitioners in an affidavit filed with the Supreme Court, accusing them of going to the supreme court without first going to the police.

"Allegations made by petitioners against police officials that the police officers have joined hands with perpetrators of communal hate are baseless and false," the DP added. Videotape evidence is used to support the argument. There hasn't been much meddling by the investigative authorities." There is potential. There's proof or it's obstructing the inquiry in some manner."

The petitioner is "trying to infer incorrect and ludicrous conclusions from several parts by neglecting the core concept and its message," according to Delhi Police, citing Supreme Court directives on freedom of expression.

It's worth mentioning that multiple anti-Muslim remarks were delivered during Yeti Narasimhanand's three-day hate speech conference, which took place from December 17 to 19. In the conference, inciting and provoking speech was used to excite the Hindu community's youth. Meanwhile, Hindus were pledged to build a Hindu homeland and exterminate Muslims.

On the 19th of December, the right-wing organisation Hindu Yuva Vahini held another gathering in Delhi, where members were observed swearing an oath to "fight, die, and kill if necessary to make this nation a Hindu Rashtra.
