Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with the chief ministers of all states on Tuesday regarding the COVID-19 situation in the country.
The meeting will be held in two phases through digital means. At 10 am, the first phase will include the Chief Ministers of the eight states where corona has wreaked the maximum havoc. After this, the Chief Minister of the remaining states will join the meeting with the PM from 12 noon.
According to sources, PM is likely to discuss with the chief ministers and other representatives of states and union territories to review the present COVID situation and a robust strategy for vaccine distribution.
Coronavirus cases across the country have come down to below 50,000 for the last few days, while few states like Delhi have seen a new spurt of cases.
