Punjab: Captain Amarinder To Lead All MLAs To Raj Bhavan Against Farm Laws, Will Submit Proposal To Governor

Captain Amarinder Singh-led Punjab government moved a resolution in the Punjab Legislative Assembly on Tuesday against the centre's three farm laws. The proposal will be presented to the Governor of the state so that it can be passed by the Assembly as soon as possible.

Media Advisor to Captain Amarinder Singh told, 'Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh will lead all MLAs to Punjab Raj Bhavan at 4 pm today to submit to State Governor the resolution on the Farm Laws to be passed shortly in Vidhan Sabha.'

The proposal presented by the Chief Minister in the state assembly includes the Production Facilities Act, Essential Commodities Act, and Farmers Agreement and Agricultural Services Act. Also, Punjab is the first state in the country that has moved a resolution against these laws.
