As Centre said it will create a permanent body to deal with annual air pollution issue in Delhi-NCR, Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) Chairman Bhure Lal in says a lot depends on citizens who have to be cautious during Diwali to avoid worsening of air quality in Delhi-NCR. The body will examine sources of air pollution including stubble burning in neighbouring states of Punjab, Haryana and UP. Sidharth Pandey reports
