A fresh spell of heavy rainfall lashed parts of Delhi-NCR on Wednesday, resulting in low-lying areas getting waterlogged and long traffic snarls on key stretches. According to the Delhi Traffic Police, vehicle movement remained affected at Sarai Kale Khan, near the World Health Organisation office, Ashram, and ITO due to waterlogging.
