The weather patterns across the country are significantly changing as flood-prone states are becoming drought-prone or vice-versa. The report of the Union Ministry of Statistics shows that the three Indian states are getting less rainfall than the desert state of Rajasthan, while west coast of the Arabian Sea, not the northeastern states, receive the most rainfall
