Rajasthan Government Preps For Arrival Of Migratory Birds
Every year birds migrate from one place to another between September to October. However, in 2019, the death of a large number of birds in the Sambhar Lake area of Rajasthan had put the administration in the dock. In view of this, preparations are already being made to welcome the birds this time. The Rajasthan government has issued a guideline regarding this, according to which the arrangements for its treatment, shelter and vehicles will be made. A temporary nursery will be built on which Rs 1.80 crore will be spent. With this, the Rajasthan High Court has already formed a seven-member committee which will prepare a report about any damage to birds in this lake.
