Centre Places Urgent Orders For 11.45 Cr HCQ Tablets
The Central govt has placed urgent orders for 11.45 crore tablets of the anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine. The order has been placed with two Indian companies - Ipca and Cadila. The anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine is effective in combating the coronavirus pandemic and is usually administered to frontline health workers in cases of emergency
