India decides to abstain at UNGA deliberations on condemnig Russia for waging war on Ukraine. Indian representative said: "Keeping in view the totality of an evolving situation, India has decided to abstain". India's represenatative at the UN said. India demanded a ceasefire and immediate end to the hostilities. 35 other countries including China and Pakistan decided to abstain on the hard hitting anti Russia resolution.
