On the second day of Russia's military offensive in Ukraine, missile strikes could be seen around the capital Kiev and people posted videos online showing attacks near their homes and subway stations getting crowded in Kharkiv city as people attempted to stay safe and evacuate amid fighting. Ukraine has claimed 800 unspecified Russian casualties and 137 people killed with over 300 wounded among its own citizens. Over 100,000 Ukrainians have been reportedly displaced due to the conflcit as well.
