The most cases of coronavirus in a day were recorded on Sunday after more than 136,000 cases surfaced, said Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus at a World Health Organisation (WHO) briefing. Although the situation in Europe is improving, globally it is worsening, Tedros said. Almost 7 million cases of COVID-19 have now been reported to the WHO, and almost 400,000 deaths.
