While he argued that Section 144 has been enforced in #Lakhimpur and not in Lucknow, and even after he stated to the officers that he was not going to #Lakhimpur, he was not allowed to exit the airport. In the video he can be seen sitting on the floor in protest.

He had said that he was being stopped without any order. mr. Baghel said he was not planning to g t Lakhimpur, but only to meet his party's General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi who has been detained in Sitapur.
