The Congress party on Tuesday accused the UP government of stooping to new lows by stopping up to 1,000 buses from entering the state, which were arranged by the party to ferry stranded migrant workers. On Monday, the Yogi government had accepted Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi's offer of providing the buses, but late at night asked for the vehicles to be produced in Lucknow for 'fitness certification'.
