With the highest single-day spike of 34,956 coronavirus cases and 687 deaths, total cases in the country have crossed the 10 lakh mark. According to Health Ministry's latest bulletin the number of active cases in the country is 342,473 with total death toll of 25,602. In an attempt to control the spread of the virus, now the Odisha government has also imposed lockdown till 31st July in some parts of the state.
